Fanny Grande (Formerly Fanny Véliz) is a Venezuelan-American award-winning filmmaker, actor, and director with more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment business.

Tracy is an accomplished chief human resources officer, bringing almost 30 years of combined finance and HR experience. Her passion and her work have been about enhancing shareholder value through strategic business growth and cultural transformation at multinational companies.

I worked for Ellie Kay consulting, which gave me a great introduction to different types of business, and I continued to pursue my law degree at NYU and graduated during the last global crisis in 2009.  Then I got engaged with the former CFO of Legal Zoom worked there for six years, and it was a great experience being part of their growing finance team.  It gave me a taste and a love for companies that focus on more than just the bottom line.  I am now at Tala, a fintech based in Santa Monica focused on delivering financial services to the global emerging middle class, solving a massive problem worldwide.

I grew up in Hong Kong and then came to the USA to attend University. After that, I ended up working at M&M/Mars as a candy designer.

Lydia C. Desnoyers is the founder and owner of DesCPA Business Advisory – a Miami-based CPA Firm specializing in Business Advisory Services, Tax Preparation and Strategies, and Forensic Accounting.

We are very active in creating the narrative of who Latinos are based on facts. We create data with the top leaders in data in the US, to show the contributions that Latinos are making every day.

I was an institutional investor at the largest tech fund T. Rowe Price. I moved out to California and pursued a career in venture capital but I realized that the VC’s who were good at their craft worked at companies.
